PTO Policy

Franklin & Son Inc., understands employees need time off in order to maintain a healthy work/life balance and, in addition, provide needed time off for vacation, sick time, etc. PTO is provided to employees who are classified as full-time and will accrue according to the following schedule:

Length of Continuous Service Annual PTO Hours:

First Day- 6 Month: 20 Hours

1 Year - 2 Years: 60 Hours

3 Years – 4 Years: 80 Hours

5 Years or more: 120 Hours

Accrual of PTO will begin January 1st of every year and PTO hours may not roll over, or be cashed out if left unused.

PTO cannot be used to extend your normal work week beyond forty hours. Therefore, you will not be paid overtime if PTO helps you reach beyond forty hours per week.

Approval of PTO is at the discretion of Reggie Franklin, or store managers.
